This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by ASU Three Rivers to obtain pricing and a contract for Custodial Services for five (5) Arkansas State University Three Rivers locations in Malvern, AR, including properties at: Main Campus-One College Circle; The Parker House-1103 Park Dr; CAST Building-829 Highway 270; Workforce Building-823 Martin Luther King Blvd; and the Leopard Yard Baseball/Softball Fields-Morrison Park, Collie Road. Submit Proposals in accordance with the Request for Proposals document located at: https://www.asutr.edu/page/purchasing
There will be a MANDATORY tour of facilities with the Facilities Director on March 30, 2026, 8:30 a.m.
Submission deadline is April 6, 2026, by 8:30 a.m.
