2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 339113 (Surgical Appliance & Supplies Manufacturing), and the small business size standard is 800 employees. This procurement is Small Business (SB) Set-aside. All SDVOSB Quoters must be registered on the Dynamic Small Business Site database to be eligible for award.
3. The intended contract is fixed price.
4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is May 07, 2026, and the anticipated closing date is May 18, 2026. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times.
5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered.
