Work under this contract shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair bituminous concrete surfaces using the infrared process. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
