Description:

SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law ยง355 (5) (a), which is up to $125,000.00 for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. This is for the annual preventive maintenance as well as emergency service for the following equipment. The equipment to be covered is Boston Scientific IC FFR Link EssentialCare, IC Polaris-iLab EssentialCare, IC AVVIGO EssentialCare. Required coverage to include, but not limited to:

  • Unlimited number of technical support calls, 24/7 phone support during a patient procedure, 100% coverage on parts/labor/travel (if applicable). Replacement unit shipped within 48 hours, standard next day shipping.
  • Software updates, software upgrades, technology upgrade and one hardware upgrade, as applicable.

Interested vendors must contact the appropriately designated Hospital contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advisement Notice. Vendors must be certified by Boston Scientific to provide support of this equipment. Proof of certification required to obtain additional information.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law, Section 139 j & k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only communication can be between the appropriately designated contacts within this ad. No other contact can be made with Stony Brook University Hospital. If contact other than allowed is made, you will be disqualified from this, as well as other potential opportunities.
