This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139 j & k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139 j & k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5a.

Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.

Requirements:

-Vendor must be able to provide an Information Technology System that provides functions for our Gastrointestinal and Pulmonary procedures

-System must generate documentation, such as procedural notes, referring MD letters, and patient instructions

-System must accept HL7 ADT messages from EPIC to streamline patient registration and scheduling process.
