Scope of work generally consists of demolishing and removing all above and below grade infrastructure associated with existing property, holding basin, buildings, all utilities, pumps, and associated hardware, concrete, bollards, fence, trash removal, site clearing, offsite disposal, site fill, grading, and the establishment of site vegetation. In addition, scope of work will require obtaining identified permits and pest control services for all structures.

This is a lump sum contract.
