Electronic Bids will be received at plans.fm.msstate.edu and shall include a copy of their Certificate of Responsibility as an attachment to the electronic bid. Sealed bids and electronic bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 11, 2025 .

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday February 27, 2025 in the Conference Room of the Blackjack Log Cabin located at 1974 Blackjack Rd, Starkville, MS 39759.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Mississippi State University reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.
