The Naval Surface Warface Center Philadelphia intends to procure OrCARD x Professional software required for the Tow Communication Buoy Program (TBC). The software is utilized for development of simulation and electronic circuits, and for generation of circuit board designs.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authorityof FAR 13.106(b).
