Description:

Job Order Contracts are term construction contracts that require the contractor to perform an ongoing series of small to medium sized, critical maintenance and repair projects and minor new construction projects in certain counties of NYS for SUNY campuses and programs. Bid documents include Construction Task Catalogs ® that contain pre-set unit prices for a wide variety of construction tasks specifically designed for the State University Construction Fund. Bidders will bid Adjustment Factors to be applied to these unit prices. Maximum contract value per term $2M.

One set will enable the bidder to bid any or all of the contract Regions. There is no need to obtain multiple sets. Subcontracting is permitted as described in Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement. Uniform Contractors Questionnaire and MWBE programs are required.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
