Black Gold Golf Course Storm Drain Improvements

The work to be constructed hereunder is located at Black Gold Golf Course between Tee Box 10, Hole 18, and the Practice Putting Green. The general items of Work consist of, but are not limited to: providing traffic and pedestrian control and protection; installing and maintaining security fencing and other safety devices; providing temporary golf facilities as shown in the Plans; unclassified excavation and unclassified fill; deep shoring consisting of sheet piles or other engineered system approved by the Engineer to be partially abandoned-in-place upon completion and acceptance of storm drain improvements; removing sediment and debris from existing 48” Storm Drain; cold milling; removal of curb and gutter and sidewalk; installing concrete pipe, curb & gutter, PCC sidewalk, storm drain manholes, pipe lining and end seals, and golf course improvements; draining the existing golf course lake; removing and salvaging clay lake liner as needed to establish staging area and to stockpile excavated soils and clay lake liner; removing cement treated soil in lake as necessary to provide access to in-lake stockpile area; adjusting utility manholes to grade; installing traffic signs, striping, and pavement markings; installing landscaping, irrigation system, and valves; restoring Tee Box 10, the Practice Putting Green, and other golf course facilities affected by the Work; restoring the golf course lake, including clay liner, soil cement, and refilling; installing and maintaining water quality BMPs; landscape and irrigation  system, establishment, and maintenance; and, completing other items not mentioned above that are required in the Plans and Specifications.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 10 AM at the Black Gold Golf Course. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory due to the complexity of the project.
