Bids On Fuel

Logan County Fiscal Court will be accepting bids on fuel for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 to be delivered at the pump on rack price plus mark-up basis, also include state and federal tax if applicable. Please demonstrate in your bid the prices effective July 1, 2026, on all grades of fuel.  Bids shall be furnished on unleaded gasoline in two categories --minimum 86 octane and minimum 91 octane.  Diesel fuel quotations shall be for highway diesel delivered at the pump and for off- highway diesel to be delivered to the Logan County Road Department and off loaded into customer's 1,000-gallon storage tank. Sealed bids can be hand delivered or mailed to: Logan County Judge Executive, 200 W. 4 ^th Street, Russellville, KY 42276 or Logan County Judge Executive, PO Box 365, Russellville, KY 42276 by April 14, 2026 @ 9:00 A.M. and will be opened at the April 14, 2026 regular Fiscal Court Meeting. When submitting bids, please send (9) copies and indicate on the outside of the envelope the type of product you are bidding.  Logan County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids and may determine, based on all criteria that the best bid may not be the lowest bid.
