Fine Arts Consultant Services and Materials

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or professionals interested in contracting with the district to provide Fine Arts Consultant Services and Materials for various areas. These services and materials shall be procured on an “as needed” basis with LISD making the sole determination of need. The services requested should include a wide spectrum of consultation, professional staff development, student related services, program improvement, and other direct type services relating to Pre K – 12 environments and support. This non-exclusive contract may run concurrent with other contracts presently or in the future to provide the same or similar services.

All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. The evaluation criteria of incomplete proposals will be impacted by missing or incomplete information. RFP #3229-24 Fine Arts Consultant Services and Materials shall be awarded at District discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District.

All responses to this proposal shall be for around a five (5) year agreement between the District and the provider, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties not to exceed five (5) years total.
