Offers to complete renovations located at 415 Fairmont Drive in Saskatoon will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Saskatoon City Time, on Wednesday December 3, 2025. Refer to the attached documents for the full extent of the work.

A mandatory Bidders briefing has been scheduled for 9:00 am on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at location of STC Emergency Wellness Centre, 415 Fairmont Drive, Saskatoon. General Contractor and major subtrade Bidders and suppliers are invited. Please confirm attendance by contacting Carla Dudley at info@wkarch.ca or call 306-249-9000.
Bids must be submitted as described and accompanied by the requested security deposit.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
