Lewisville Independent School District is accepting proposals and pricing for Cafeteria Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for Lewisville High School and Hebron High School 9th Grade campuses.
This proposal response shall be for complete turnkey products and services. Decommissioning of existing furniture, delivery, and installation must be included in bid. All pricing must be fixed for the duration of the Contract.
Furniture is required to be installed during the summer of 2025. LISD 2024-2025 school year ends May 28th 2024.  All cafeteria furniture will need to be completely installed before the first day of school on August 13, 2025.

All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered.
The scoring/evaluation of proposals will be negatively impacted by missing or incomplete vendor response submissions.
RFP #F1080-24 Cafeteria Furniture Fixtures and Equipment shall be awarded at District discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District. If the Contract is awarded to multiple vendors, to be determined to be the best value to the District, the RFP will be awarded by product/line item or by package.
This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200, USDA and TDA requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal, bond and grant funded programs.

The term of this proposal shall be from February 2025 - February 2026.
