This building is in need of COMPLETE DEBRIS REMOVAL FROM EXISTING BASEMENT. The following items must be included in your proposal:

Remove and dispose of any and all existing debris from basement floor to basement ceiling.

Secure sight daily. .

Remove and dispose of any and all debris from the site.

Arrange inspection with TCLB Project Manager upon completion.
