Bid Synopsis: The City of Green Bay, WI is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide school
Crossing Guard Services as outlined in this Request for Proposal. The out-sourced Crossing
Guard Program shall include the recruitment, pre-employment screening, training, coordination,
and management of the entire Crossing Guard Program. The City has thirty-two (16) schools
supported by thirty-eight (29) full time guards and twelve (6-8) part-time relief guards (City
employed) during the school year. The crossing guard program shall be conducted in the City of
Green Bay locations identified in Attachment F.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The initial contract period shall be three (3) years with the option for one (1) two-year
extension. It is anticipated this new contract shall commence no later than June 30, 2025.
