Hot Water Recirculation System Improvements

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Hot Water Recirculation System Improvements and Installation, for Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center located at 1400 Noyes St., Bldg 12, Utica, NY 13502.

The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, November 6 ^th , 2024.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on November 13 ^th , 2024.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, November 20 ^th , 2024.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders 3:00 PM ET, November 25 ^th , 2024. The Q&A will also be posted to this advertisement.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, December 5th, 2024. No late bids will be accepted.
