Ely Park Clubhouse Siding ProjectThe contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Third Floor, Binghamton, New York, 13901. Copies may be obtained upon upon deposit of $50.00 (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per set, to be refunded upon return of sets in good condition within 30 days of award of contract.
