Rehabilitation of 5 Circuit Breaker Houses

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Work of this Contract includes: Install new DC circuit breakers and feeders or refurbish existing beakers as indicated on contract plans. Repair or replace leaking roofs, walls, damaged floors and/or broken windows. Provide new lights and vandal proof doors. Provide new telephone, along with access intrusion system. Furnish and install new Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) integration equipment, battery wiring and system for all breakers and environmental work. Environmental remediation work will be performed as required. This project includes the removal of all existing equipment as indicated on contract plans. One of CBHs’ will be constructed in a modular building. This is an A+B contract.
