The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is requesting proposals for Professional Services to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) at the Wando Welch Terminal (WWT) and analysis of its identified facilities, grounds and miscellaneous structures. The Request for Proposals (RFP) document is available on the SCPA's website at www.scspa.com/resources/legal/legal-notices .
The SCPA will conduct a Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit on March 31, 2026 at 10:00 am. Interested parties are to contact John McCants at jmccants@scspa.com to confirm planned attendance. Additional details are included in the RFP.
