Video Surveillance System Installation in Oakland, CA, at the Ronald Dellums Federal Building and Courthouse

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for a contractor to purchase and install a new stand-alone Network Video Management System (NVMS) for a fully functional Installation of Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Ronald Dellums Federal Building and Courthouse. The Contractor shall perform VSS component installation as noted in the Statement of Work (SOW).

This acquisition was solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued. Award was be based on price and other factors accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance for the installation is no later than 60 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria were defined in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $25 million. The Contractor is required to register with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.
