DESCRIPTION
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this sources sought to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:

RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND RESPONSES TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW):
DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) - Procurement of CRAC Unit Precision Cooling
1.0 General
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the procurement and delivery of Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) unit. The CRAC unit is required by MANN GRANDSTAFF VA Medical Center Spokane, WA. to replace an aged 25-year-old unit obsolete unit.
2.0 Scope of Work
The Vendor shall furnish the latest model CRAC unit, compliant with the specifications outlined in Section 3.0. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Procurement:Â Supply of the specified CRAC units as detailed in the Equipment List (Section 3.1).
Delivery:Â Delivery of the CRAC unit to 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA. 99208. Required Delivery Date: 10/01/25.
Documentation:Â Providing all necessary documentation, including but not limited to:
Manufacturer's technical data sheets
Installation, operation, and maintenance manuals
Warranty information

4.0 Deliverables
The Contractor shall deliver the following:
CRAC units as specified in Section 3.0.
All required documentation as outlined in Section 2.0.
Equipment shall be secured & packaged for outdoor, uncovered storage until installation.
Delivery shall take place at: Delivery of the CRAC unit to 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA. 99208. Required Delivery Date: 10/01/25.
5.0 Warranty
The CRAC units shall be covered by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty.
