The EDTI process map library contains over 300 maps, and the manual nature of Microsoft Visio is increasingly adding non-value-added time each year. Tasks such as auditing, approving, updating and creating process maps are all manual. Additionally, the online version is no longer supported in the web browser, requiring us to convert all process maps to PDF format for employee access. We are in a centralized model now for Operational Excellence and are looking for solutions that will benefit all Operational Excellence employees
