AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add the following statement to PWS Paragraph 5.4.3: The call shall remain in queue for no longer than 60 seconds before being answered by an operator. The title of Attachment 01 is changed from Performance Work Statement to Performance Work Statement Amendment 1. All other terms and conditions remain the same. END AMENDMENT 1 Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Telephone Answering Services. See documents CSS_W911S225QA010, Attachment 01 Performance Work Statement, and Attachment 02 Wage Determination for the Performance Work Statement and all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Quote Submission: All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
