Children and Youth Program Overnight Summer Camp

United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) - AK and Alaska National Guard Child & Youth Program (AKARNG CYP) requires a facility in the South Central Alaska area within driving distance from JBER to host an overnight camp for youth. Please review specific requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USPFO for Alaska, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Anchorage, Alaska. No Small-Business Set-Aside. Principle NAICS code is 721214.

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and include representations and certifications.

Questions will be due no later than 25 April 2025, 5PM Alaska Standard Time. Answers will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation.

This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release, the solicitation will be available on the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
