**NO APPOINTMENTS ARE BEING ACCEPTED TO SEE THE ROOF***
Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed bids for the Sludge Conditioning & Dewatering Building Roof Replacement Project, located at the Aiken County Public Service Authority Horse Creek Pollution Control Facility. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing building roof, removal and replacement of building HVAC units and exhaust fans, and any other activities incidental to the completion of this Project.
Pre-Bid Meeting will be held May 14th 2025 @ 10:00 at the Public Service Authority 70 PSA Road, Hwy 125 S. Beech Island, SC 29842.
No appointments are being accepted to see the roof.
Addendum #1 has been posted below it contains missing section from the specifications.
