The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to negotiate and issue a limited source logical follow-on order of previously competed GSA Order # 47QTCA18D00EF to Excidion Inc. 1818 Library St Reston, VA 20190-6274 for eFiling Tier 1 Technical Support. Excidion possesses unique qualifications as the original developer of the registry, providing them with an unmatched understanding of the system’s intricacies.
CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 805-6(a)(1)(C ) and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1. Interested persons may identify with their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement.
