SELAWIK, ALASKA - RAW WATER INTAKE & RESIDENTIAL WATER & SEWER SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS

Project Description: The Projects include the following Work in the community of Selawik:
1. Raw Water Intake Improvements Project- Construct a raw water intake and raw water transmission line, and replace existing utilidor junction boxes.
2. Residential Water & Sewer Service Improvements Project – Restore water and sewer services, as well as repair/remodel the bathrooms and kitchen areas in 2 homes.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates the Raw Water Intake Project total bid price will be approximately $900,000 –$1,000,000 and the Residential Water & Sewer Service Project total bid price will be approximately $200,000 - $250,000.
Anticipated Schedule:
Both Projects have an expected substantial completion date of August 31, 2026 and final completion date of September 30, 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of all tasks listed on the bid form for each Project. ANTHC reserves the right to award each project separately or together, dependent upon available
funding.
