Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes the following for the Native Village of Gulkana, Alaska: Abandon existing raw water intake, construct new screened raw water intake within riverbed and pipe to new clear well with a flushing vault and maintenance pump. Install new pump in clear well, flow control valve in the Water Treatment Plant (WTP); install raw water transmission line from clear well to existing intake vault. Construct a new building over existing intake vault. Install piping, pumps, and appurtenances to connect new infrastructure to existing raw water transmission line/WTP. Place rip rap along riverbank.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with raw water intake systems.

Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 1 October 2026 and final completion date of 1 November 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of the Base Bid and Deductive Alternates.
