Project Description: The City of Buckeye, Arizona, is seeking to hire a firm to support the vision and the growth of the Buckeye Municipal Airport (KBXK) by attracting new aviation-focused businesses, companies, and developers. The purpose of this scope of work is to bring on a firm and leverage their expertise in airport development and market outreach to develop and execute a targeted lead generation campaign. The focus is on creating an asset analysis and market analysis; a marketing plan based on the asset and market analysis and then the execution of identification, outreach, and engagement of targeted leads.
