Requesting proposals for a CMAR project to provide preconstruction and construction services for a Vietnam War memorial. CMAR to collaborate with architect on design, constructability, value engineering guidance, and development of a GMP as well as entering into a construction agreement for the construction of the memorial.
Optional: Pre-proposal conference will be held at the Public Works Administration Building located at 3210 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC at 10:30AM (local time) Thursday, September 4, 2025.
