Invitation to Bid
Sealed proposals for the Town of Breckenridge Asphalt Overlay and Concrete Replacement (Project No. 309001001-2025) shall be received electronically by the Town of Breckenridge, a Colorado municipal corporation, at websiteclerk@townofbreckenridge.com , until 10:00 AM, local time, on February 21, 2025. Bids will be opened electronically by the Town Clerk and bidders will be notified of results. The Town of Breckenridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
A copy of the contract documents may be obtained in electronic format from www.bidnetdirect.com/townofbreckenridge or by contacting the Town of Breckenridge Engineering Department beginning on January 17th, 2025.

The project primarily consists of:
Milling of existing asphalt, HMA patching, HMA overlay, removal and replacement of concrete curb ramps, sidewalk, curb, gutter, and valley pan at multiple locations throughout the Town of Breckenridge.
A 5% Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder.
