Description
THIS IS AN URGENT SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing a new electric fire pump and motor assembly, to include removing the old pump, installing a new one and commissioning new pump for Building 100 at a firm fixed price for C.W. Bill Young Veterans' Hospital, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg 100, Bay Pines, Florida 33744.

*NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses that meet the Limitations on Subcontracting are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below.
Responses are due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 3:00PM EST on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
