Description: The County of Rockland wishes to establish an annual contract to furnish Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Fog Seal (Fog Seal) and Spray Applied Penetrating Asphalt Rejuvenator (Delta Mist) services on an as needed basis as detailed in the specifications for various locations throughout the County of Rockland. Prices quoted per SQ./YD shall include all: labor, supplies, supervision, equipment, and site cleanup. Rockland County will provide traffic control.
