Preventive Maintenance for HVAC, Boiler & Water Treatment

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for HVAC, Boiler & Water Treatment for the Peekskill Clinic, located at 1040 Main Street, Peekskill, NY 10566.

A five-year contract for these services awarded per this IFB solicitation will be effective December 1, 2025.

The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 10:00am ET. See the IFB doc for directions to the site visit. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, April 7, 2025 at 3:00pm ET.

Questions from potential bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, April 15, 2025 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
