Clean Fuels R&D and Pilot

Description of goods to services to be bid:

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to acquire feedback that will assist New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) in developing a competitive solicitation (PON) for clean fuels pilot project (TRL 5 or 6), as well as an associated R&D program (TRL 3-4), to advance clean fuel production opportunities within New York state. The PON will focus on projects that utilize in-state waste feedstocks, including landfill gas, municipal solid waste (MSW), wastewater sludge, agricultural residues, and waste CO2, to support the development of scalable and low-carbon fuel pathways.

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

Preference: Stakeholders interested in low-carbon fuels production technologies such as technology research and developers, financiers, project developers and other entities along the low-carbon fuel value chain.
