Pavilion8 PEMS Software Upgrade
Description:

The University at Albany will be using its discretionary authority purchase a proprietary software upgrade of our current Pavilion8 application that is used on our PEMS. There will be no sealed bid opportunity for this purchase and the not University will not be purchasing any new software or changing from Pavilion8. This is just for the upgrade and the maintenance required on that upgrade.
