Description: The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Town of Gates Active Transportation Plan. The purpose of this project is to develop a forward-thinking and achievable plan based on the observations, conditions, and recommendations that reflect the community’s documented need to increase safe, healthy pedestrian and bicyclist mobility for all Town of Gates residents.
