It is the intent of the Pinellas County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), dba Visit St. Pete-Clearwater (VisitSPC), to contract with a qualified Proposer for strategic advertising services, creative campaign development and content development that includes video (TV and streaming) print, audio (radio, streaming and downloaded), digital display , out-of-home, promotions and marketing partnerships for the purpose of promoting tourism to Pinellas County.
