Request For Bids - Demolition (Code Enforcement)

The City of Gaffney is soliciting sealed and competitive bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of structures as part of code enforcement. The work will consist of the removal and disposal of structures, removal of debris, lot cleanup, and some minor grading and establishing permanent grass in the disturbed areas.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Gaffney until 2:00 pm, ET, Tuesday, July 14, 2026. All bids duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud on the second floor of Gaffney City Hall, located at 201 N. Limestone Street, Gaffney SC 29340.
