After registration is complete, an On-Line Bid ID code must be created by clicking on “My Account”, then the “User Info” tab. A prospective bidder will create this code in the designated field per requirements noted. To be considered a Plan-holder, a bidder must complete registration and download the Proposal Documents in digital form for a $22.00 charge. There will be a charge of $42.00 to submit a bid.
