REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

PHASE 1 ENGINEERING – NORTH AND SOUTH ORCHARD DRIVE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS

(LINCOLN HIGHWAY (RTE. 30) TO SAUK TRAIL) - FAU 2836

The Village of Park Forest is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Professional Engineering firms for Phase I Engineering and project management services, with the option of negotiating a contract for Phase II Design Engineering and Phase III Construction Engineering, for a Federal Aid - Urban (FAU) roadway improvement project. The firms must be familiar with, but not limited to, the standards and specifications for environmental clearance, investigating, planning, surveying, and designing of roadway projects as well as the applicable/respective Phase paperwork and procurement requirements and procedures of the State of Illinois (through the Illinois Dept. of Transportation - IDOT) and the United States Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

Submittal Due Date: Prior to 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, 2026.
