Notice of Intent to Single Source - GIMC Cimarron Medical Informatics, LLC, Technical Support Services

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Cimarron Medical Informatics, LLC, to provide software and preventative maintenance services for the existing GIMC RPMS GE Centricity Perinatal interface for the IT department. The period of performance will be for one year with 4 option year periods.

The award will be a single source procurement awarded to Cimarron Medical Informatics, LLC, per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on continuity regarding the existing interface built by Cimarron Medical Informatics, LLC.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents regarding any information submitted. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
