Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified vendors to provide fleet
vehicle and equipment to include the following:
• (1) EACH 2026 – 19,500 GVWR 4x4, Crew Cab Chassis, Flatbed Truck
• (6) EACH 2026 – 3500, 4x4, Extended Cab, Utility Bed (MSO) Trucks
• (1) EACH 2026 – 2500, 4x4, Extended Cab, Single- Rear Wheel, Utility Bed (Electrician)
Truck
• (2) EACH 2026 – 2500, 4x4, Extended Cab, Short Bed pick- up trucks
• (1) EACH 2026 – 2500, 4x4, Extended Cab, Long Bed pick up truck w/ lift gate
• (3) EACH 2026 – 1500, 4x4, Regular Cab, Short Bed pick up trucks
• (4) EACH 2026 – Full size SUV, AWD
• (2) EACH 2026 – Mid-size SUV, AWD
• (1) EACH 2026 - Mid-size SUV, AWD (Security)

Each bid response shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “DO NOT OPEN –
2026 NTUA Light & Medium Duty Truck Bid” and received by January 5, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m.
(MST). No late, facsimiled, or electronic mailed bids will be accepted.

Preference will be applied in accordance with the Navajo Business and Procurement Act (12
N.N.C. § 1501 et seq.); the Navajo Nation Procurement Act (12 N.N.C. § 301 et seq.); the Navajo
Nation Business Opportunity Act (5 N.N.C. § 201 et seq.) and other applicable statutory and
regulatory requirements. Proposers must submit evidence of their Preference Priority Certification
if applicable.
