|
RLRAP provides no-cost repairs for leaks identified during professional assessments, supporting water conservation, lowering utility costs, and protecting homes from damage. The program is available to customers enrolled in DC Water’s Customer Assistance Programs (CAP, CAP+, or CAP2) who have received High Usage or Consecutive Usage alerts and have confirmed leaks requiring repair.
