Project Description: Charlotte Water is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified companies to provide scheduled traffic control services for Charlotte Water, as a result of planned/scheduled water and sewer construction performed by Charlotte Water, and in the event of an unplanned/unscheduled immediate emergency within the area, such as a water main break or an emergency resulting from a natural disaster.
