The City of Spokane is seeking quotes for Precast Concrete Products to be used by the Water & Hydroelectric Services and Wastewater Maintenance departments.
This business shall be awarded on a five (5) year value blanket, meaning product will be ordered on an as-needed basis and payment shall be issued only for product ordered, received, and accepted.
