Project Description: Program Management and Advisor Services to support the successful delivery of the CATS transit capital expansion program. The selected Program Management Advisor (PMA) will support CATS in ensuring the effective execution of this capital program through technical expertise, program controls, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic oversight. The PMA will coordinate other project consultants including design, real estate, safety and security, construction management and other consultants.
