Description
The Louis A. Johnson VAMC is acquiring contractor services for the provision of labor and materials to correct deficiencies related to water damage in the Purple Firm. All work shall be conducted per the requirements of this scope of work and all drawings and specifications. The contractor shall comply with all infection prevention measures as described below. Workdays are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays, with the exception of any utility shutdowns. All work must be completed within 120 calendar days, beginning on the first scheduled day of work, and concluding upon final cleaning and VA occupancy. Work hours shall be 7:00 am-5:00 pm (hours may be flexible). Requests for work outside of these times shall be made to the Contracting Officer s Representative at least 72 hours in advance. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete this work. The contractor shall clean the work area daily and secure all tools for safety purposes.
