Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: 2025 Street Maintenance Project – High Performance Pavement Seal Bid Package No. 1 Bid #202521 The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction 210,000 square yards of high-performance pavement seal (PMM), tree pruning, traffic control, and miscellaneous striping. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Monday, March 31, 2025. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the following locations: • On-line at http://www.civcastusa.com. Documents may be downloaded or viewed free of charge at this website. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders is received. • At the office of Kasberg, Patrick & Associates, LP; (512) 819-9478; 800 South Austin Avenue; Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, which is not refundable. Bids not accompanied by cashier’s check or bid bond will not be considered. Bidders should register on the City of Georgetown’s Ebid web site – https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference, if to be held, are specified below and in Section #00100, Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before April 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
